In 2026, Tim founded Third Vector, a consultancy that helps organisations implement agentic AI in their business operations, starting with customer support and go-to-market. He bridges the gap between strategic intent and AI that actually works in production.
Before founding Third Vector, Tim was Chief of Staff and Head of Product & Innovation at 5CA, a leading CX solutions provider to the gaming industry. He led the product management and go-to-market build of AICX, an AI platform for customer support teams now live at 10+ global gaming studios.
From 2019 to 2024 he ran the Professional Services team at Tamr, a Boston-based ML data management company, spanning the US, APAC, and Europe. His team of data engineers built pipelines and implemented Tamr's platform at large enterprises, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver AI projects that stick.
Prior to Tamr, Tim worked at Deloitte's corporate finance practice with a focus on Technology M&A and Corporate Venturing Strategy. He started his career at investment banking boutique Keijser Capital, advising Dutch mid-market companies on debt and equity financing.
His work with startups focuses on financial and strategic planning, business strategy and operations. Startups and organisations he has worked with include Pacmed, SingularityU Benelux, Nx'change, and RentItems. He is currently on the advisory board of Lindys.
Tim served as a young member on the Amsterdam Economic Board and worked with social enterprise WOO in The Netherlands and Vietnam.
Tim holds an MSc in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University and an LLM in Finance and Law from Duisenberg School of Finance. He is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
